ERSA-IS: ERSA Industrial Session
ERSA-IS Fees & Sponsorship Levels
Companies are called to arrange demos, exhibitions, talks, presentations etc., and thus, being sponsors for ERSA-IS. Conference fees are included in Sponsorship Level fees.
In extension to exhibitions, demos, etc., companies can apply for Steering group membership for several years, which, in addition, includes discount for participation.
Early sponsor discount: Sponsorships committed with funds received before January 1, 2012 will receive a 20% discount on the listed ERSA-IS 2012 sponsorship fees.
Regular sponsorship: Funds should receive before April 1, 2012.
Late sponsorship: Funds received after April 1, 2012 will be charge by 20% in addition to regular fee.
Note, presenting technical papers on ERSA Industrial Session does not mean that you must be a sponsor.
Sponsorship is required when your company wants to be highly visible to make deals and get contracts, etc.
Sponsor ERSA and raise your visibility and show your support for advancing reconfigurable systems algorithms and systems in both academic and commercial applications!

If you are interested in participating in ERSA-IS, but do not find suitable level for you, contact with us (email: inf@ersaconf.org ) and we will try to find a suitable solution for you. There are three categories: General offers, Presentation and Branding. Consider what you would like to choose from these categories.
For example, your company is interested to present a new product; you need a presentation and demo slot, but you are not too interested in General offers and banner in hallway. We will be happy to design and offer you a bespoke package.
In addition, companies may host half or full day seminars to introduce and demonstrate their new technologies and products.
