Conference Programme
Proposed Technical Session
Multi-Context Devices and Applications
Chairman: Dr. Minoru Watanabe, Shizuoka University, Japan
Abstract:Up to now, demand for multi-context devices has continued to increase since such multi-context devices have a possibility to accelerate its processing performance or gate array’s performance compared with the other fixed processors or fixed programmable gate arrays. This session’s main scopes are such the multi-context devices and its applications. The major researches of the multi-context devices are dynamically reconfigurable processors as multi-context coarse grain architecture and multi-context FPGAs as multi-context fine grain architecture. However, in this session, the research fields are not limited and wide research fields related to the multi-context devices and its applications will be discussed.
